Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU) recognizes the importance of personal data protection and respects the privacy rights of data owners in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

This announcement is the "Dhurakij Pundit University Announcement on Personal Data Protection Policy B.E. 2565". It applies to the University and all its affiliated departments.

• "University" means Dhurakij Pundit University.
• "Personal Data" means any information relating to a person which enables the identification of such person, whether directly or indirectly, but excluding information of deceased persons.
